Jo Ann, our HOA President, brings extensive experience in both real estate and banking. Her background gives her a strong understanding of how to enhance and strengthen our community. She has been instrumental in proposing and overseeing a major project that successfully resolved a long-standing drainage issue in the neighborhood. Jo Ann is always looking for ways to improve and make our community more vibrant and enjoyable for all residents.
Ann has been a long-time resident and brings a deep understanding of our community’s history. As a former HOA President, she is familiar with many of the projects undertaken by previous boards. Her experience and knowledge provide valuable insight and guidance as we plan and carry out new initiatives.
Eddie brings a strong combination of business and technical experience to the HOA. He holds degrees in Accounting and Computer Science and has owned several successful businesses. He currently operates an ice cream and cookie shop and is using his technical skills to develop the HOA’s website. Eddie’s background in both finance and technology makes him a valuable asset to the board.
Marlene brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our community. With a strong background in finance and experience as the HOA’s former treasurer, she now serves as our secretary, keeping detailed and accurate meeting minutes. As a long-time resident, Marlene has a deep understanding of our neighborhood’s history and operations, and her insight helps guide many of our decisions. We’re grateful for her commitment and expertise.
Mike always goes above and beyond for our community. He’s thoughtful about keeping HOA dues as low as possible, understanding that some residents may be on a tight budget. He also takes the time to personally distribute HOA materials, making sure everyone stays informed. We really appreciate his dedication and care for our neighborhood.
